Left Handed Mousing

by Kay~Kacey on 4/20/2005

So I’ve had this sore shoulder. Been trying to use the mouse with my left hand. But I keep reaching across when I’m not thinking and STILL using my right hand. :mad2: Anyway, I finally went to the doctor. Frozen shoulder. He gave me a cortizone shot. Hurts like hell today. Then 6 weeks of physical therapy. (Like WHEN am I going to fit that in with working, writing, soccer mom and just life?) I just hope it gets better soon because it’s really been cutting into my writing time. Not to mention I can’t do so many things. Um, like hang stuff in my closet, empty the dishwasher and put things in the top cabinets, vacuum. WAIT, what am I saying??? :useyourhead: That’s not all bad.

Anyway, I was up most of the night, and I’m playing hooky from work today. So there. So I’m going to see if I can drink enough coffee to wake up :coffee: then blog hop (left handed).

Gentle hugs, Kacey. Hope the cortisone shot works. But no housework. See, there’s always a silver lining 😉

Ouch! That just sucks. Not the no-housework part, but the rest. Double ouch.

I think you should feel far too sore for housework for many moons. :bath:

Be really careful with that shoulder!!! I’ve had shoulder surgery because I didn’t take care so I know how bad it can be …

What Suzanne said.

Oooh, ouch! :cursing: Honey, I can’t make dinner. I can’t do any housework. I must relax now. :bath:

Gentle hugs, Kacey. I hope the shoulder is feeling better soon! Just not well enough for housework. :bath:

OUCH! Sounds like a good time to call Merry Maids. 🙂 Hope the PT helps!

Kacey, Have you tried a wireless mouse? I had tendonitis and the wireless solved the problem.

Ouch! Hope the shoulder gets better soon, and definitely stay away from that housework! 😉
