So my son came home from college last weekend and dropped off his laundry and some of his stuff. Took my minivan back to college to finish his finals and pick up the rest of his stuff. So I’m doing the laundry he left in my front hallway 🙄 (but really, can any of you yell at your kids in the middle of finals week when they came home to see you for mother’s day???)
So I’m dumping the clothes in the washer and out climbs this big old spider. I HATE spiders. It falls in the washer. I try to find it to smoosh it. I mean, spiders don’t belong in my house! I’m wondering how many other spiders my son brought home with him… But I couldn’t find the spider and found myself feeling GUILTY that the spider was going to drown.
I am a certifiable nutcase :useyourhead: :crazy2:
Eeew!!!! 😯 I hate spiders!
My biggest phobia …
Hey, he died clean….
Yep, you’re nuts. Drowning is more humane than being squashed to bits, which is what I would have done to the sucker. :mad2:
And here I would worry that he WOULDN’T drown and would come crawling out at me as I unloaded the washer. Ick!!!
I hate spiders. Kill them all, I say!!:mad2:
I HATE spiders. But the weird thing is that as I’ve gotten older, I’ve gotten softer, and I won’t kill them anymore. Well, I won’t kill them just for fun. But if they are running around my house, they are subject to being vacuumed up! 😉
I hate spiders, too. Yuk. We had a mouse in the house, but my cat chased it out. Yikes.:mad2:
Mary, he chased it OUT??? My cats bring me half dead mice and are SO proud. Ewwww.
Is the a ewww smilie?
I hate killing spiders–something about good luck that I can’t remember why –but when I find them in my room, they’re gone. I’ve woken up with spider bites before :cool2:
