So it’s autumn here. The weather just doesn’t know it yet. Here is a stray flower that is managing to survive

I’m SO not ready for winter… Though I do miss writing in front of the fireplace :love:

well, two weeks really. The fridge in the garage quit. Had to throw out tons of spoiled food. :angry: A car died and had to be towed. :helpme: Went out of town for the weekend to help our aunt sort out her house for a move and had an entire driveway of stuff hauled out for the dumpster that was supposed to be delivered on Saturday…the dumpster guy called and said “whoops, sorry, I don’t have one to bring you.” :mad2:
Then yesterday??? A can of white lithium grease got into the washer with a big load of clothes. (don’t ask, but let’s just say I offered up the couch for a certain member of the household to sleep on… :cursing: ) Ruined the clothes. Ruined the washing machine.
I’m thinking our luck should be changing just real soon now. Though I’m thinking I need to just sit quietly still so maybe the bad luck gods won’t see me… :hide:
