I have spent some time on your page and you have some good tips, particularly for blogging. Thank you for sharing what you have learned with those of us who are new to blogging.

I don't mind being called a Baby Boomer! I don't mind being called anything, as long as I'm still being called! LOL

I remember all of those things JFK shooting I was in the second grade, I remember the landing on the moon very well, that was exciting for me. The Beatles yes, I was too young to be aware of Woodstock until much later. All of those bring memories. I also had my only son when I was thirty which I guess puts me right into that category. When my son left for college I knew I was in a totally new phase of my life and I have jumped gladly into that roll. I'm hoping that I will soon be working from home on my own business.

Baby Boomer never resonated as an ID with me, maybe because I'm at the tail end. But sandwich generation . . . oh yeah.

I was never quite sure if I was a Boomer or not. But apparently, I am. :) I vaguely remember the moon landing. I'm not sure how old I was at the time, but I remember we watched it on TV.

And I'd rather be a GenX-er than a Boomer, too. At least as far as the terminology is concerned. :)

Yes, GenX is a much cooler term than Baby Boomer, isn't ti? I mean, I understand how the term came about, a bunch of babies were born after WWII, but still, they could have come up with a better name for it...

I'm at the very last year of it, so I've always felt a little like I was lumped in a group I didn't quite to belong to, and yet in some ways I do. It's kind of weird being on the fringe of the range. I figure people on the other end of the range feel the same way. I don't know why we couldn't get a more cool term like GenX. :mad2:
