I spend a lot of time in my office at my very organized desk. I write here. I blog here. I surf the net. I check email. I do jigsaw puzzles. I do my part time job in my office. And even though it sometimes get taken over by non-officey-things, it’s still a wonderful place to be. I know that I’m lucky to have such a great space that I call my own.
My cats often come out to my office and keep me company.

I appreciate their company. Well, when they aren’t trying to sneak up on my desk and attack the keyboard or knock things on the floor. (which is hard to do since, you know, I have such a clean desk!) Though, sometimes, it occurs to me that maybe they aren’t just coming in here to keep me company…

I suppose they have their priorities.
Hmm. I think you might be right about their other agenda. *g*
Yes, what’s up with them more worried about the birds out the window than me???
I’m impressed that you have a clean desk!! LOL
Oh what I would give to be so organized. However, when I think my office is getting messy, I go next door to my husband’s office and realize mine doesn’t look so bad after all.
I love the kitties and I miss having a cat to keep me company, but with two parrots that roam freely on top of their cage, the photo of the cat looking out the window, only makes me aware of the bird hunter inside each little cat.
Christine, my version of “clean desk” and yours might be a bit different
Maria, when I think some of “my” areas of the house are messy, you’re right, I look at “my husband’s” garage and don’t feel so badly!
LOL! I love the cat looking out the window. I’m a cat lover.
Great idea for a post – the clean office thing. I use flylady.net to keep things running, some days it’s more like crawling.
Hey, would love to see a shot of your office desk!
Mohsin, there’s a pic my desk at the first link in this post… not so organized, but a girl can dream
What a sweet kitty! Or is it 2 different ones? Gray or black? By the way, there are some cats at the Humane Society here wondering why the hell Kacey didn’t show up to take them home this weekend. *g*
