    thanks for the nice comments. I cropped the photo and sharpened it once. That’s about it I think.

    No, I’m not taking photography, but one of my sons in college is, and he’s given me some tips. Mostly I just take pictures and I read a lot of photography books, blogs, forums, etc. Always trying to learn more.

    And I have a thing about quotes. Collected them since I was a little girl. My dad collects them too. And so did his father.

    The photo is beautiful and fits the theme perfectly. I love quotes too. The one used here was one that I put up over the door of my classroom for many years. It is one of my favorites.
