Last month we had Verizon DSL here and we just got Comcast and it's faster. So it looks like it's allowing one vote per IP address. So if someone works at a large corporation, then only one person there could vote. Ok. I think we figured it out. But they wanted to vote while they were here. Kacey, it’s the IP address.
