I remember the first time I drove through Kentucky. I thought it was gorgeous, all the hills and valleys, but I also thought, “I could never love here.” I couldn’t see the sky!

We went through Kentucky (and Lexington) on our move from TX to MI. We fell in love with the greenness and lushness of Kentucky, that we didn’t want to leave. Especially my horse crazy daughter! Just gorgeous!

Oh, I want to go to Kentucky! Well, okay I’ve been there as a kid when we went camping, but that was way too long ago. And we didn’t drive around the horse farms.

Kasey, I think the fencing your talking about is runs. To move the horses from one area to the other and keep them off certain pastures. So maybe it will grow. The horses will eat it down to the dirt. They pull it up by the roots and then end up with what you call sand bellies. That can cause some major problems with a horse.
