So we got back late last night from the cruise… it was an 11 hour drive after fighting our way through customs, etc. Wow, can I just say the New Orlean’s port terminal needs to get it’s act together? So disorganized.
Then we started off in the wrong direction…went over to the West Bank and had to PAY A TOLL to get back to New Orleans.
So the trip home was off to a rocky start…
Anyway, we had a wonderful cruise. A great time.
But you know how I’m always talking about the difference between men and women? And how I don’t understand men??
Well, we went on this lovely vacation. Relaxing. Great weather. Lovely beaches. Wonderful food. Fun, fun, fun…
But what was SuperGuy the MOST EXCITED about the whole vacation???

The $1.99 per gallon gas price on the way home…

well, hey, I would be excited about gas for $1.99, too! Glad you arrived home safely. Be sure to share those cruise photos….
You’re kidding, right?
You mean to tell me that this didn’t thrill you to your toes. I just had a little exciting shiver just looking at the sign.
Oh, yeah baby.
Okay, I admit, because Kate made me confess…
the $1.99 sign kind of did it for me too
Wow, it’s great to be home to good coffee. I don’t know why the cruise lines haven’t figured out good coffee over the years…
I guess I should be glad they figured out a good martini…
Well, I must be part male. I would take a picture of that price, too. Welcome home!
I don’t think there’s anyone in the country who wouldn’t be thrilled with gas that’s less than $2/gallon.
I’d be excited about that gas price, too!!!!
Actually, I can kind of relate to that. It’s pretty exciting right now!
(love your blog name, by the way.)
OMG YOu ARE KIDDING???? It is 2.47 here. Is there hope that OURS will drop that much????? I am praying for that.
Wow, I would be pretty excited to see that, too! Glad you had a great time. Hope you post lots of photos!
