Why is this Still Around?

by Kay~Kacey on 12/14/2008

You know those unanswerable, deep questions in life I like to write about? Well I have one more…

candy corn

Why in the heck is this demon candy corn still around? Why won’t it go away and leave me alone?? :wallbash:

Some one save me… please??? :mad2:

No one can save you from this diabolical concoction of sweetness.
You just have to back away from the corn. Back away, I tell you.

Oh just give in already. You know you want to. This is why I will not bake for Christmas. Because I know I will be 400 lbs. by the end of January.

If I have leftover candy corn by Thanksgiving, I throw it out….

:secret: Pssst! Did you know you can buy that demon stuff in Christmas colors???

Rene December 14, 2008 at 12:28 pm

Candy corn use mitosis to reproduce. If you have just one candy corn, eventually you will have a bag full without doing a thing.

Kacey December 14, 2008 at 12:41 pm

Suzanne, it is against the law to throw out candy corn. Really.

Annie!! You are NOT NICE. No, I did not know there was such a thing as Christmas Candy corn. But then I’m picky about the colors. Orange, Yellow, White…so maybe the Christmas Candy Corn won’t call my name??

Rene, so THAT’S how it happens!

I’d have it for breakfast. Oh yes I would.

Somebody should eat the temptation…

I always feel like that if I hurry up and eat it, it will be gone. I also have to eat it in 3 bites, white, orange and then the yellow. Just get a cold bottle of water and down them. :crazy2:

Oooh, I hate that demon stuff. Wish I could help but I just found Valentine’s Day candy the other day. And a Christmas cookie from last year…

Deb December 14, 2008 at 11:23 pm

I think it multiplies when not being watched.

When you find out, let me know. I still have marshmallow peeps around, EASTER peeps. I love them, buy them, and eat them…why then did I find some while searching for sprinkles for my CHRISTMAS cookies ?How did they escape me in the first place ? Must be the same reason you have candy corns around…..
