Go ahead and tell me which photo you like best…if you dare. I’m not going to say who shot which photo. Sigh. I do so love going on photo shoots with SuperGuy though. It’s such fun!

Hm…an odd number of photos… never thought of that. Oh well.
But isn’t it wonderful to see real live blooming flowers in the dead of this gray winter???
I’m not even going to look at the choices of the other commenters. But for me, it’s #5.
I like the composition, the color of the flower, the addition of the bud to the left. This is the one.
(apologies if it’s not yours).
My fave is #2, followed by #3. I like the angle of the sun shining through the petals in #2; I like #3 because I am a huge fan of macro photography that concentrates on a portion of the subject rather than on the whole. To be fair, it was a tough choice – they are all great!
I choose #2. With the mountains and palm trees (I think) in the background, it’s quite lovely!
Number 2 for me, with number 5 as a close runner up!
I love #2. The way the light is captured in the petals is just gorgeous.
I think #5 is the best. Don’t have any particular reason, just like it best.

You are so lucky — it’s snowing here right now. Yuck.
#2 is my favorite.
The perspective of looking up at the flower makes it more interesting to me. Orange and blue are opposite on the color wheel, thus go great together. Blurred mountain background is nice. Rough orange wall to one side gives nice textural contrast.
Bottom line….”it purty”
