However, the actual story goes something like this. the stones were from of my great-grandmother Victoria's braclet, and were remounted into a ring by my grandmother. This ring was supposed to go to my mother but it was given to me. I think my grandmother was mad at my mom and made sure I got it. Well I had it aappraised and it came back at $75.00 so I wore it everyday all through college, but I later had it appraised and that came back at $5,000.00. I stopped wearing it because I got afraid I would lose it!! I've had it resized because as some of you may know as we age and our hands get bigger. Now I only wear it for dress-up.
