Oh, I forgot to tell you about this!
So “we” decided to try something new. Grilled peppers. Of course it started with a trip to Williams Sonoma to get this special pepper holder griller thingie. SuperGuy likes going to Williams Sonoma almost as much as the toy store hardware store.
They (SuperGuy and Texas Boys) wanted to get the super duper secret double probation pepper corer. But, alack and alas, they were out of that little gadget.
Looks, yummy right? Stuffed with cream cheese, shredded cheese and I don’t know what else. Grilled right there on our Weber grill.
