He bought these gladiolas because they remind him of his grandmother. She used to grow them in her garden. 
Okay, he’ll NEVER admit he’s a nostalgic guy, but honestly…we all know the truth, don’t we?

Beautiful photos…and my dad brought a big bouquet of those to my mom when she was in the hospital. It was so sweet it made me cry.
