We went to Holden Beach N.C. this summer. It was prime season and the beach was not crowded at all!! Loved it so much. But I looked into the Outer Banks & I would like to go there too. Have fun. Oh, you must!! Rent bikes when you get there. They have them at the Slushy Stand at the end of the highway. And you will love the beer selection at Howard's Pub. Sit on the very top deck. It's fun!!
