See, this is why you needed to visit Ocracoke! No people on the top and not many hovering around at the bottom either. Cool little squat lighthouse, too.

Hatteras light was more picturesque before they moved it to its present location. I have some film shots of it when it was right on the beach, complete with seagrass.

Love your Bodie shots. There’s a cool one at Currituck too, all brick! But Ocracoke is my fave.

See, Kacey? This is why we need to plan a mini Blogfest at the beach in October. Next year. Or maybe spring. I could do spring!!
