I’m so tired of winter. So tired. It’s snowing…. again….
This time of winter, all I can think of is escape.
I want to pack my bags and head some place warm…and sunny. Especially sunny.
I must talk SuperGuy into a quick escape, don’t you think? Are any of you escaping to some where warm this winter? Go ahead. Make me jealous. Tell me all about it!

Well, we already tried the escape thing and headed to Arizona for a week. Turns out it was cold and rainy there… wwwaaaaaah!

I got nuthin’. But it has to get warmer soon. Right?
Well, I’m in southern Georgia/northern Florida right now and it’s actually raining today, but the sun has shone and I went to the beach yesterday…cool, but the sun came out and it was spectacular. Overall not real warm, but much better than being snowed in at home, which is what it would be if I were home today! Talk that Super Guy into taking you somewhere soon!!!
Well, after our snow storm last night…that bright thing is up in the sky again today. But I’m way too lazy to scrape off my car and go out anywhere. maybe SuperGuy will scrape it off tonight when he comes home…what are the odds??
Nope. Stuck here with 30 inches on the ground and 18 more on the way. If you go somewhere, take me with you…please.

My husband and I head for the florida keyes every February for 2 weeks. We love Islamorada and have our favorite places to hang out and just soak up the sun and the atmosphere. We leave the 22nd of the month and the days can’t go by fast enough. Nothing like wishing my life away!!!!!

No escape for us, but that hat…those gloves…surely you can find SOME PLACE go wear them! Surely!
