For my long time blog readers, yet another chapter in the saga of the Flower Pot. Seriously, when will this flower pot finally, finally give up the ghost?
It’s a persistent little sucker, isn’t it? When will it finally collapse in a pile of clay??
You might remember this famous little pot:
Chapter Two (this chapter we had a poll where we voted on whether SuperGuy should even bother to put a plant in the pot. The winning answer was He should always do what I say and not argue. Gotta agree with the outcome of that poll!)
Chapter Three He retaliated by immediately planted some flowers in it.
Chapter Four The one in which a few more pieces crack off.
Who knows how long this poor, cracked flower pot will last. Stay tuned for the next chapter this spring! Any bets on whether it survives the winter?

Bowed but not broken. Character and personality are not inate but are nurtured and developed over a lifetime. You can’t just go out and buy some things. I am still planning for another glorious growing season (spring thaws and freezing permitting).
I could hardly stop laughing long enough to make it through this post.

Oh I’m guessing the pot will make it through a few more seasons. I’m with Superguy on this. I’m always salvaging things my Hunny tosses, though. The pot certainly does have character.
Don’t you love things that refuse to die? Most people would have tossed the pot a long time ago, but that would have been a shame…it is so much better than a new, flawless one. I voe to keep planting in it, even if you have to hold it together with twine!
I love that pot…keep it up little pot! Mama loves you!
