Any ideas?

Here she is next to a grackle to give you an idea of the size. I thought it might be a female indigo bunting…she showed up about the same time, but she’s larger than the male indigo.

See, here is one of the males? What do you think? Got a good bird book to look it up? I’ve looked in my Golden Book Birds of North America.
So, as usual, I turn to you my blogging friends, for answers. Anyone??

No clue. Perhaps a new species you have discovered and you need to name it. *giggles*. Sorry, just don’t know a great deal about identifying birds…

Not sure, but it kinda, sorta looks like a Blue-Gray Gnatcatcher.
Like I don’t have anything better to do today… but I’m stumped…immature brown creeper because of the curved beak? I really can’t come up with a name for sure, so let’s just call her “kitty”… or “melvin”.
I think what you have in the second picture are two Brown-headed Cowbirds, female on the left and male on the right.
My husband says that David is right.
