Well, this isn’t a perfect match
But I’m fairly pleased. Ever since the Great Milk Glass Lampshade Disaster Smash ™ I have been haunted ebay, online stores, and antique malls looking for a replacement lampshade. Well, I found this one. It’s not perfect, but it looks pretty nice.
Doesn’t match the pretty rose pattern of the base.
But the milk glass is the same “shade” of white. I’m pretty pleased.
Of course, I will forever be looking for the matching lampshade, but this works for now. (like I need an excuse to go antiquing…)
Would love to know where you found your replacement shade, it is exactly what I am looking for. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
