So my parents came to visit us at The Love Nest. We had a great time. We ate. We explored the city. We ate. My youngest took us exploring the city. We ate. You get the picture.
My dad and SuperGuy “watched the Cardinal’s game.” :toofunny:
My mom, The Impish One and I sat outside in gorgeous summer evening weather and watched the fireflies. And solved all the world’s problems.
…though at one point I found out that my MOTHER and my son knew the same drinking game… :nono: Really, how do I recover from that knowledge?? :rofl:

You remember Clyde the Boxer puppy? Well, he’s getting bigger! My youngest and his roommates have taught him to play street hockey…
They shoot the puck…
Clyde chases it and brings it back to them…
Seriously, how cool is that? I love Clyde! :heart:

Continuing on my love of all things Mason Jars…
I talked SuperGuy into buying 20– yes twenty– old blue Mason Jars. I’m going to use them for candle holders all scattered around when we have parties in the backyard. I’ve really got a thing going for Mason jars these days… (at least we found the jars for $1 a piece…)
…and look at this cute centerpiece…I got to combine my love of all things milk glass and all things Mason jars! :heart:
