So far so good

Well, the writing immersion has been going well. I have one scene left in the third chapter of this proposal. Then I need to write the synopsis :biteme: But I want to get that finished this long weekend too.

The spa is up again, so I plan on indulging it that some too. I picked up the 4 new NEXT books to read. :book: They have the coolest covers!

Steph T. July 3, 2005 at 9:51 am: I’m doing my affirmations faithfully. As corny as it sounds, after writing my affirmation fifteen times or so, I’m really ready to get to work. It’s kind of cool.

I’ve gotten a lot of nice writing done so far – I’m in the middle to late middle stages of two books, so I’m trying to push through that stage so I can get to that rush of writing the last 80 pages (my favorite)

Write the synopsis in the spa. And write it quickly – like ripping off a band aid, it’s going to be painful, but it’s gotta be done.:cursing:

And I’m jealous of your Next purchase. I love those covers and have wanted some or all (without reading the blurbs) ever since Kelly posted them. Buying one is my reward for reaching my high daily page goal (a la Karen King…thanks for the rec on that!) Maybe today I will earn it, but I’m thinking tomorrow is more likely. Let us know how they are!

Oh, and good work on the successful writing weekend. :beer:
