tuppence a bag…(Name that song. Oh, never mind, I’ll tell you. It’s Feed the Birds from Mary Poppins. It’s a sad fact of life that I know all the words to it too…)
Anyway…I woke up to this bird giving me the eye. Seems they were out of bird seed.
SuperGuy to the rescue!
Okay, so I had to ask him nicely to please go out and feed the poor birdies. The bird feeder is too high up for me to fill it without a ladder. (okay, and it was COLD!)
Okay, so really I had to nag him ask him for 2 days.
Soon the branches were filled with my friends.
Everyone was happy and sated. (I love the word sated…)
As a bonus I got a pointing photo out of it… 🙄

Needless to say, I took a lot of photos when the boys were in town. Also, probably needless to say…I didn’t always get the cooperation I was looking for…

😀 Yes, I’ve been living in a black and white world. Feverishly working to get the Photo of the Month post finished. I will have if finished and posted tomorrow. I swear! So be sure to come back tomorrow and vote.

(though, to be honest, I felt a bit guilty not picking this photo for the one I entered…) :crazy:
