Okay, it was really breakfast. 
And we decided that the bad thing about meeting for breakfast instead of lunch…and me still having another 2 1/2 hour drive ahead of me…was no alcohol. 
Here is my writer friend Kat, having breakfast with me. Those of you from GEnie online days will remember her. She’s such fun, and watches my doggies for me (and spoils them rotten) when we go on vacations. We always try and have a writer’s lunch when I go rescue Kat pick up the dogs.
We brainstorm our books and gossip about people. 
Nothing better than a get together with a critique buddy!
