I’ve been all about cleaning the house and getting the food ready. With my sister’s help, thank goodness. She’s the goddess of big parties!
SuperGuy has washed the cars and cleaned the gutters. You know, because those needed to be done before the party… :wallbash: Why DO males go so tangential when things NEED to be done??
Anyway, with any luck these flowers will open and my backyard will transform into a magical wonderland for the party. Lots of white Christmas lights and candles in mason jars. Yes, I will take photos!
Oh!!! And my Texas Babies are coming in for the party so I’ll have all my babies here!! Cluck, cluck! I’m nesting in preparation!
Oh! And I’m already planning a retake of the photo on the truck. ™ I’m quite the happy momma this week…if a bit stressed over all the party preparations. (hold out good thoughts for good weather!)
I am sure that all the male guests will notice the clean cars (if it doesn’t rain this week) and the clean gutters as they are walking up to the door 😉

I guess I should have been born a guy. Because I would be washing the cars and cleaning the gutters. Gah! (sorry)
