Honestly, I think I’m in love with the crocus in my yard. Is that wrong?? I have 3, almost 4 crocus.
They are right out my office window. I spend an inordinate amount of time just staring out the window and soaking up their beauty.
I’m seriously in love with these tiny hints of spring. I’m all about spring these days. Bring it.
I went out and grabbed some photos when the rain finally stopped. Okay, aren’t these pretty?
But what ARE they? SuperGuy planted them and is nowhere around now to tell me what they are. Sometimes he sticks the little white plastic thingie in the ground behind the plant so I can figure out what they are. No luck this time. I do remember he said they were a perennial. Any idea what they are?
He planted them this past weekend and “asked my opinion” on where he should plant them. Like he listened to any suggestion I made?? Are they in the backyard in my zen garden where I suggested they’d look nice? Well, no, they aren’t. Good thing I didn’t REALLY care. But don’t tell SuperGuy! Why does he bother to ask my opinion if he’s going to ignore it anyway? I ALWAYS listen to his opinion on things 🙄 well, sometimes. Well, I’m sure I listened to his opinion at least once. I’m sure of it…
Anyone know what these flowers are? And wouldn’t they have looked nice back in my zen garden?? Such a nice color!
Yep, a few weeks ago you could at least see the ground.
Well, it was still bitterly cold, but not the mounds of snow. I do admit a fondness for photographing some of the desolate barns out in the winter landscape.
I freely admit to seeking these barns out on our trips across the state. I love photography old barns almost as much as photographing birds. and purple flowers. and milk glass. Well, anyway…
I wish I knew someone who had these neat old barns on their property who would give me permission to do some portrait photo shoots on their land. How cool would that be?
