I find that as I get older, I do discover more things, try more things, learn more things. Maybe it’s because I’m not so busy raising kids. Maybe I’ve mellowed as I got older. It just seems like I notice more about the world around me. The tiny details. The simple things. I find myself reveling in the most minute details.
Is your outlook on life changing as you age? Do you find yourself with new eyes? (well, aside from needing the reading glasses!)

Yes, I have further proof that spring is JUST around the corner! The finches are starting to turn yellow again!! I love this time of year when the daffodils and crocus!! start to pop up. The snow goes away! (hopefully for good this year.) The birds start changing into their bright summer colors. I’m ready to pack up the winter coats, scarfs, and mittens! I’m ready for nice sunny spring days! It’s coming, I tell you! Do I ever lie??

This! The crocus survived!! I thought they had been trampled when we worked on the backyard last year! I’m so pleased! :love:
