There have been some changes. We’ve gone from the birds sitting on snow covered branches…
…to birds sitting on rain covered branches.
There is still a lot of dead looking, drab trees and scrub in the woods behind our house. (As an aside, because there usually is one…isn’t that little girl statue cute? That’s my “zen garden” corner of the yard. Under the redbud tree. Which isn’t blooming yet. Sigh. One can only dream and hang on.)
Are things greening up in your neck of the woods?

I have to share with you my adorable jewelry find! It’s a hand stamped necklace. I got it from Chantelle Nicole Designs . She has lots of designs, or you can order a custom design. Get your kids’ names, or your favorite saying. Very cute.
She sent it in this cute little cloth sack in the glass tube. I know, adorable packaging, right? She also has a blog you might enjoy.
Here it is next to a dime to give you an idea of the size.
She also has bracelets and other goodies, and a Greek collection if you know a sorority girl.
You’re welcome. 😉 Happy shopping! Just sharing the love…

Well, no, not MY chores.
SuperGuy and The Geeky One swap out helping each other with fixing things in our houses. Today it was SuperGuy’s turn to go help out my son. The Adorable Fiancee had been bugging asking VERY politely and patiently if the ceiling fan they’ve had for, oh, 6 months could be installed.
Yep, they worked hard at it.
They also had a lot of help from Boo.
To be honest, though, I noticed there was a lot more discussing the chore…than, you know, actually DOING the chore… 🙄
I finally gave up and came back home. I had photos to play with! Blogs to read! Girl Scout cookies to eat! (oops, did I say that outloud??)
The Geeky One was SUPPOSED to send me a photo of the completed project from his iPhone.

You just can’t really trust a male, can you??
EDITED LATER LAST NIGHT:
Ah, The Geeky One came through after all…(I was beginning to think maybe they didn’t really finish the job…)
ta-da!
